Set Transparent Window in AlertDialog box

I want to set the Transparent window for the Default alertDialogbox. . . How can i able to do it ?? My Alertbox 开发者_运维技巧is as like this. Please refer it. .

Create a class for the dialog as below

CustDialog.java :

Just add that Style in Your Manifest file. .. as like. . . android:theme="@style/Theme.Transparent"
