'required items could not be found' error when installing ADT plugin

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found. Have had the same problem a few times. You need to add the following urls to the "Available Software Sites" of your eclipse installation:

• http://download.eclipse.org/releases/indigo
• http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.7

That should fix it.
