JBoss vs. Sql Server

I get error

any idea how to beat it? java.exe is running on port 1966 and when I close the JBoss the port is free again. I have turned off the firewall(both windows and comodo).

I think the problem is

How to check it? the war and the whole JBoss is working on other computer(its a mirror copy of the working JBoss)

MS-SQL when you install it does not enable TCP/IP by default. This is called "security" by Microsoft (don't laugh - it's not polite).

To fix this you start the SQL Server Configuration Manager and under the network configuration you make sure that TCP/IP is enabled.
