I have working code but it seems a bit strange that I have to gimmick my way around showing a decimal place on CountDownTimer but I haven\'t found anything that does it easier (obviously).
I have a countdown clock that I have been working on. If you watch it for several seconds you will start to notice that it will occasionally hang or jump a bit when counting. Its subtle but... obvious
