1. 一定不要在pycharm终端里面创建环境安装别人的项目子模块等，有可能出现的问题就是你不报错都安装好了，但是还是识别不到子模块，原因是在创建环境的时候指定了python版本之后，每次pip http://www.devze.cominst
如图所示， 我点击软件管理包出现这个报错，软件包上方 +号 也是灰色的 找了好久才找到解决办法
