AggregateException ctor DefaultMessage Error on one machine but not the other

I have just tested a C# program that does some threaded processing. On my own PC which runs win7 (32-bit) the program runs fine, but when I try it on a 64bit Windows Server 2008 Machine, the same program gives me "AggregateEx开发者_StackOverflow中文版ception ctor DefaultMessage"

I only have the exe at the moment, can any one guide me towards any solution, has any one solved a problem like this before?
