I have an app used Microsoft.Web.Services3 before. Now I want to move this app to .NET 4.x. What's the replacment for Microsoft.Web.Servic开发者_C百科es3.dll in .NET 4.x?

You might want to consider migrating your WSE Web Services to WCF. That article says

Microsoft.Web.Services3.dll is part of the obsolete WSE 3.0.

There is no direct replacement. You should rewrite the service to use WCF.
