When I design the interface using drag and drop, I often get the error of the elements jumping around, and when I run it, the interface breaks and is far from the preview. I'm very upset and it slows me down a lot. Please help me

I have removed Netbeans and reinstalled it but it still doesn't change anything, I've searched all over the web to no avail
