How do you fix an airdrop issue?

I can airdrop from 开发者_如何学编程my laptop to my phone but not the other way around.

I've toggled the bluetooth and wifi but it doesn't make a difference. I've also tried shutting off both of my devices. They're both updated so one isn't super old or new. They are both new devices.

AirDrop works in multiplexed mode, it can receive and send as well, From iphone you dont get explicit airdrop menu.

From Iphone to mac:

you select a file and share via airdrop.

mac to iphone:

got to airdrop menu and drag and drop the file to the device on airdrop scan.
