How to achieve OAuth for Microsoft Azure gov accounts for multiple clients

Microsoft is deprecating basic authentication from Jan 2023 so we are in migration state to move all our customers to OAuth.

For .com customers we have migrated to OAuth by creating app in Azure app directory in a multi tenant way. Here cli开发者_如何学编程ent ID and secret is common for all.

Now we have few .us customers who are gov accounts . As from Microsoft those are categorised as national clouds so each customer has their own client ID and secret which means we need to ask customers to create app in their azure app directory and as then to share client creds to access. But this is not scalable soln as customers grow and we have double digit customers with .us

So how can we achieve multi tenant way for .us customers with common client ID and secret like commercial accounts.

Is it possible or any reference or way forward to achieve this.

Can any one please answer

Till now only solution we think of we need to ask each customer to create app and provide creds to us.

We are not getting any other solution
