I am new to VTM software and i have no idea on how to extract features from a video. I am trying to implement a IEEE journal paper "Fast Intra mode Decision Algorithm for Versatile Video Coding" for this i need to give test videos and extract feature开发者_JAVA百科s from it. I dont know where exactly to modify the code.

It would be of great help if some would guide me and explain where exactly to modify the code to get all the features mentioned in the journal paper

I tried understanding the code but i couldn't find a possible solution
