Block bounce email in outlook when SMTP (IBM Notes) server sends notification from IBM Notes

I have a SMTP/IBM Notes mail server which send email notification to outlook when an application in IBM Notes is approved. SMTP sends undeliverable email report when a member of 0365 has outlook email address but don't have IBM Notes account. The sender/approver in IBM Notes receives many bounce back emails in outlook. How can we block this?
