Managing loads of web forms

I'm currently working on a web project that is on a larger scale than I'm used to. The website has a frontend for registered users which consists of 10 different subpages which all have forms.

But my problem is how to create and manage these forms by way of CSS and jQuery. Is there a simple o开发者_JAVA百科r rather dynamic way to create the forms?

I feel that the form creation could easily get out of control and everything becomes a mess.

The system is built on the Kohana framework.
