How to remove items local database after added

Or you can create one method for delete any record by giving connection and query as bellow

string deleteQuery = "DELTE FROM userinput WHERE macadres ='"+ id +"'";     

you can call as bellow

MyExecuteNonQuery( deleteQuery , connectionstring);
