Replacing quotes powershell. Error unterminated quotes oracle error

I have names like so O'KEEFE,D'ASARO

And i have tried the code below with noluck

 $SurnameReplacequote = $Surname.Replace("'","开发者_StackOverflow中文版 '' ")
 $FirstNameReplacequote = $FirstName.Replace("'"," '' ")

And I'm trying to insert some data to an Oracle table using powershell/
