Strange characters in url - simple link and mod_rewrite

Click on any of Video, Action, Games, or Tools
Notice how strange characters get appended to the end of the url! Why is that?
Sniffing in Charles give me no indication of a secondary redirect...

Instead of

Try this one :
<li id="<?php echo($top_menu_video); ?>"><a href="/video"><span>Video</span></a></li>
Some time in specific browser your link tag will not work due to li, or input tags.
