Hilight One ListView Item based on Another ListView Item

Working a on a listview here and I wanted to be able to highlight or bold an item based off of another items value. For Example, I have two columns here, one with a STD cost and the other with a PO cost. I wanted to show some sort of red flag (a txt color change or BOLD or small graphic or something) to indicate that the PO Cost is higher than the STD co开发者_开发百科st. Any suggestions?
