how to access ipad or iphone through bluetooth mouse?

I am impementing one iphone and ipad applcation in which i want to implement开发者_开发技巧 below functionality.

Using this application ipad or iphone will connect with bluetooth mouse.

After connecting this mouse user can operate ipad or iphone through mouse.

I dont know is it possible or not. I have done lots of googling but not success.

Please give me advice for that.
