Where should I store the OpenLayers folder in Django?

This is my settings.py

SHP_UPLOAD_DIR = r"/home/kasper-min/Coding/geodjango/geographic_admin/data"
GIS_DATA_DIR = os.path.开发者_Go百科join(GEOGRAPHIC_ADMIN_DIR, 'data')

LANGUAGE_CODE = 'en-us'

TIME_ZONE = 'America/Vancouver'

SITE_ID = 1

USE_I18N = True

MEDIA_ROOT = os.path.join(GEOGRAPHIC_ADMIN_DIR, 'sitestatic')

MEDIA_URL = '/sitestatic/'

ADMIN_MEDIA_PREFIX = '/admin_media/'

SECRET_KEY = '2f!vq4!f)u#g-sk7_=z+i0e(o0o&hue5khxbdkdx$f%hvpb^vd'

TEMPLATE_LOADERS = (
    'django.template.loaders.filesystem.load_template_source',
    'django.template.loaders.app_directories.load_template_source',
)

from django.conf.global_settings import TEMPLATE_CONTEXT_PROCESSORS
TEMPLATE_CONTEXT_PROCESSORS += (
     'django.core.context_processors.request',
     'django.core.context_processors.debug',
     'django.core.context_processors.i18n',
     'django.core.context_processors.media',
     'django.core.context_processors.static',
     'django.contrib.auth.context_processors.auth',
     'django.contrib.messages.context_processors.messages',

)

MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES = (
    'django.middleware.common.CommonMiddleware',
    'django.contrib.sessions.middleware.SessionMiddleware',
    'django.contrib.auth.middleware.AuthenticationMiddleware',
    'django.middleware.doc.XViewMiddleware',
)

ROOT_URLCONF = 'urls'
STATIC_URL = '/static/'
STATIC_ROOT = "/home/kasper-min/Coding/geodjango/geographic_admin/sitestatic"

So for an app whose name is maps , and in templates , its templates are stored in tempaltes/maps . A template in templates/maps wants to access OpenLayers . Where do I store the directory OpenLayers-2.10 ?
