is it possible to count the number of visitors on your asp.net website?

I know it must be simple but i am new to w开发者_开发知识库eb development, and i have developed a small asp.net web site with c#, and now I want to count the number of visits by unique IP addresses, how can I do this?

Sure, you can roll your own method. Or you can use something like google analytics. What kind of method are you looking to do?

You could write something of your own, but you'd be better off setting up Google analytics or something similar on your site.
