Rails contact form not working

I am trying to create a contact the form gets submitted. But I don't receive any email.

In my config/application.rb I have addded.

config.action_mailer.raise_delivery_errors = true
config.action_mailer.delivery_method = :smtp
     ActionMailer::Base.smtp_settings = {
