ASP.NET Dyanic Input Rows

Ive got ASP.NET web application form where users enter details such as:

1. Subject Code
2. Subject Name
3. Subject Details ....etc

I would like the users to click on plus(+) or add button which creates new empty rows for users to fill above fields. They can enter up to x number of subjects.

Is there any easier way to achieve this?

Please note this is just one part of the form. The other p开发者_运维问答art of form includes student details, comments etc. So ListView or GridView is not an option for me right now.
