Images and CSS looks corrupted on XAMPP and Windows 7 64bits

There is something strange happening to my XAMPP. Somethimes the images looks damaged. They are not completly loaded, gifs animations are crazy, some of them looks that doesn't exists. CSS also get some problems, like some fonts are shown in a different size or color then setted up on the css, and other times when I try to load the page, it shows it's source code or just part of it.

Cleaning the cache or restarting apache don't works. The only solution is to restart the wi开发者_高级运维ndows when these things starts to happen.

What can I do to solve this?
