ActiveX control for drag and drop file upload in IE

Hi I need a drag and drop file upload in my开发者_开发技巧 asp.net application like gmail but it should support IE browser only.I thing i have to develop a ActiveX control to achieve this .Can any one guide me or give me a link how to develop this.

But in all seriousness, could you use a GMail upload "clone" and simply restrict it so that it only works in IE
