Vb ASP.Net web application loses session variables on an exception

Hullo,

Our web application ru开发者_如何学JAVAns on ASP.Net and Vb and loses the client's session variables if they hit an exception. One of the problems could be caused by it being a web garden with an inproc session state and having two workers, but this is only a rare problem and I would have thought receiving the wrong worker would happen every one in two times so I'm not ruling it up to that.

Is there any way I can stop the web application losing it's session variables when it hits and unhandled exception?
